Newsletter:
The following is applicable if the app or software requires you to supply your email address for example to create a user account or if you sign up to our newsletter by supplying your email: When you purchase or install our software or apps or any other of our products either directly from our group of websites or any third party website such as app stores, then in so doing so you agree to allow us to send you emails which are needed to facilitate use of our service for example to send you verification email or notifications. You will be given the option in app or in email to opt in to receive marketing emails from us. When we do add your email address to our mailing list(s), emails you will recieve will only come from us. You may receive additional emails from the developer of the specific app/software related to the app or technical support/updates. We will never sell, disclose or pass on your email address to any other third party.

Opt Out:
We provide a method of opting out from our mailings in every email, this may be in the form of an unsubscribe link, or asking you to reply with “unsubscribe”. When you do opt out we will remove your email and add it to our opted out list. This will take effect usually within 24 hours however we ask that you allow atleast 7 days for it to be fully removed due to emails in the process of being sent, emails that may not have reached you yet, or automated system emails being sent to you from our server.

Personal Data and Location:
When using some of our apps or software you may be required to create a personal profile and provide personal and contact details including photos. Your data will be stored confidentially as possible on our server databases. We do not share any profile details with any third party, except that which is necessary for the functioning of the app/software. For example some apps may display users your public profile, in this case you will be told in the app which details are shown. Some apps/software may need to determine and store your location in order to function or for security reasons to prevent suspicious log ins to your accounts. This may be determined via your IP, GPS or devices locations services such as Google. Your location will not be shared unless an integral part of that application.

Who we share your data with:
We dont share your personal details stored on our server (such as your email address) with third parties. We may only do so if required to do so by law of the land for example in cases to help prevent or deal with crime. We use third party services such as Google Analytics to view stats on users viewing our pages. These services will have access to certain data as required for the service to function as per their own privacy policies which can be found on their respective websites.

Desktop and Mobile Ads:
When we display ads on your mobile, tablet, or PC the server records your IP address and location. This information is kept securely for purposes of analytics. We provide our advertisers with a service that requires unique page views and clicks and this information is used to provide that. No other information is kept. The location is not personal and will be in the form of "City, Country". This information will be kept confidential by us and not passed on to any third party. We reserve the right to use this data ourselves for the purpose of improving our service and business. This site can also show Personalized and Non-Personalized ads from Google, Media.Net, RedMas and their respective partners based on your preferences and data stored in advertising cookies. You can opt out of personalized advertising served by Google by visiting Ads Settings. You can opt out of personalized advertising served by Media.Net by visiting Ad Choices. Subject Access Requests:
We are committed to complying with the applicable data privacy and security requirements in the countries in which we operate. GDPR allows you to make a request to DBS for copies of all personal information held about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request. We aim to provide you with a copy of the information we hold about you within one calendar month of receiving a valid request. To begin this request, please use our contact details below.

Right to be forgotten:
If you no longer want us to make active use of your information, you may send an e-mail to email address below. Place “Delete My Account” in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address and your username (if applicable) in the body of the e-mail (for example, your Facebook user ID). We will respond to your request within thirty days. Please note that certain records, for example those relating to payments or customer service matters, will be held for legal and accounting purposes. If you have sent content through or posted content on the Service, we may not be able to delete it. You are advised to contact us if this is the case.
